The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Indian Journal of Renewable Energy (IJRE)welcomes submissions of high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of renewable energy. To ensure a smooth and efficient publication process, authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines.
Manuscript Submission 1. Online Submission:Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the IJRE online submission system. 2. Cover Letter: A cover letter must accompany the submission, highlighting the significance of the work, its originality, and its relevance to the scope of IJRE. Authors should also disclose any potential conflicts of interest. 3. Manuscript Types: IJRE accepts the following types of manuscripts: Original Research Articles: Comprehensive reports of original research. Review Articles: Critical evaluations of existing research in a specific area. Case Studies: Detailed descriptions of specific cases or projects in renewable energy.
Manuscript Preparation 1. Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to seek professional editing services. 2. Format: Manuscripts should be prepared using a standard word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word). The text should be double-spaced with 1-inch margins on all sides. 3. Title Page: The title page should include the following: Title of the manuscript Full names of all authors and their affiliations Corresponding author’s name, email address, and contact information ORCID ID for all authors, if available 4. Abstract: An abstract of no more than 300 words should summarize the key findings and significance of the study. It should be structured to include background, methods, results, and conclusions. 5. Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that accurately reflect the content of the manuscript. 6. Main Text: The main text should be organized into the following sections: Introduction: Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and significance. Materials and Methods: Provide a detailed description of the research design, materials, and methods used. Results: Present the findings with appropriate tables, figures, and statistical analysis. Discussion: Interpret the results, highlighting their implications and limitations. Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and suggest future research directions. 7. References: References should be listed at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order and formatted according to the APA style. All citations in the text must correspond to entries in the reference list. 8. Figures and Tables: Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and included at the end of the manuscript or submitted as separate files. Each figure and table should have a descriptive caption.
Ethical Considerations 1. Originality and Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original and not submitted elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is free from plagiarism. 2. Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the research. 3. Ethical Approval: Research involving human or animal subjects must have ethical approval from the appropriate institutional review board.
Review Process 1. Initial Screening: All submissions undergo an initial screening by the editorial office to ensure compliance with IJRE’s guidelines and relevance to the journal’s scope. 2. Peer Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent for double-blind peer review to independent experts in the field. Publication Charges:IJRE may charge an article processing fee (APC) to cover the costs of publication. Information about the APC and possible waivers will be provided on the journal’s website. 3. Open Access: All articles published in IJRE are open access and freely available to readers worldwide.
